The purpose of this webinar is to present strategies on how to pivot your business to generate revenues and minimize expenses, and to show through a cash flow example the potential impact of those decisions.

Ricardo is passionate about assisting entrepreneurs on how to start and grow their business. He started this journey by working as a Business Advisor for Business Link in Edmonton helping startups to get off on the right foot. He also worked as a contractor writing business plans for entrepreneurs, and later he ran a residential painting franchise where he managed up to four employees. In his current role as an Entrepreneur Strategist, he assists entrepreneurs mainly with their startup process, business planning, cash flow management and marketing. Ricardo moved to Grande Prairie two years ago, and he enjoys everything sports related, reading and getting to know people.
