Colin Christensen

Colin brings 40 years of hands-on experience starting, scaling, funding, and improving businesses. Throughout his career, he has mentored more than 2,500 founders, helped launch 350 companies in 20 countries and supported ventures in raising nearly $100 million, including several successful exits.

His vision is to help one billion entrepreneurs avoid needless failure. That mission has taken him from working with rapidly growing companies and a $30-million venture fund in Riyadh to developing entrepreneurship curricula and training facilitators and mentors who work with local schools and Indigenous communities. Through this work, he has helped create entrepreneurship pathways that support economic opportunity and contribute to efforts to address poverty and human trafficking.

Colin is also a published author and the creator of an app for aspiring entrepreneurs. His work reflects a longstanding commitment to practical business education, underestimated founders, and sustainable entrepreneurial success.

Outside work, Colin plays men’s league hockey with his sons, supports his daughter’s baking company and enjoys life with his best friend and wife of 27 years.
