Education Cancellations and Refunds

Seminar or Webinar Changes Made by Business Link
Business Link reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session, at any time, due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to insufficient registration, and classroom, equipment, or speaker availability. Minimum registrant requirements vary. We strive to let clients know if a session must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 1 business day before the session, whenever possible. If Business Link cancels a paid session, you will be issued a refund.

Customer Cancellations
Refund requests for paid events, webinars, or workshops made more than 24 hours before a session will be refunded for the cost of the purchased ticket. Eventbrite processing fees will not be refunded. Refund requests made less than 24 hours before the event, webinar, or workshop will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed to be granted. No refunds will be issued after the session.

Service and Program Cancellations and Refunds

Appointment Changes Made by Business Link
Business Link reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a meeting or appointment, at any time, due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to staff availability. We strive to let clients know if a booking must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 2 business days before the appointment, whenever possible. If Business Link cancels an advisory appointment, you will be given the option to reschedule up to 90 days from the original appointment date.

Customer Refund Requests Related to Quality of Services Provided
Refund requests based on the quality of services not meeting expectations will be made on a case-by-case basis. Services for which a refund may be requested include Market Research Services and Business Plan Reviews. Refund requests for services rendered must be made within 30 days of service delivery. Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of whether the request has been approved or rejected. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed in the original form of payment
