Seminar or Webinar Changes Made by Business Link
Business Link reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session, at any time, due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to insufficient registration, and classroom, equipment, or speaker availability. Minimum registrant requirements vary. We strive to let clients know if a session must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 1 business day before the session, whenever possible. If Business Link cancels a paid session, you will be issued a refund.
Refund requests for paid events, webinars, or workshops made more than 24 hours before a session will be refunded for the cost of the purchased ticket. Eventbrite processing fees will not be refunded. Refund requests made less than 24 hours before the event, webinar, or workshop will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed to be granted. No refunds will be issued after the session.
