Cancellation Policy

Appointment Changes
Business Link reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a meeting or consultation appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to staff availability. Every effort will be made to notify clients of any necessary changes at least 2 business days before the appointment or as soon as possible. In the event of a cancellation by Business Link, clients will have the option to reschedule within 30 days from the original appointment date. Please notify your Business Strategist at least 1 business day in advance if you are unable to attend your appointment.

Events & Webinar Changes
Business Link reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a webinar, at any time, due to unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient registration or speaker availability. Attendees will be informed of any session changes at least 1 business day before the scheduled session. In the event of a cancellation of a paid session, a refund will be issued. If you are unable to attend an event or webinar, please cancel your ticket or notify our team as soon as possible so that the spot can be made available to others.

Refund Policy

Refund requests for paid events, webinars, or workshops made more than 24 hours before the session will be refunded for the cost of the purchased ticket. Refund requests made within 24 hours of the event, webinar, or workshop will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. No refunds will be issued after the session.
