Elizabeth Disman

Elizabeth Disman is the Founder and Partner of Daeco HR Consulting, bringing more than 35 years of experience helping organizations build strong leadership, healthy workplace cultures, and effective people strategies. She has worked with many small and medium-sized businesses, municipalities, family-owned organizations, and non-profits across Canada, providing expertise in leadership development, organizational design, workplace investigations, governance, and strategic human resources. Elizabeth is passionate about helping entrepreneurs and organizations create workplaces where people and businesses can thrive.

Elizabeth holds a BA and an HR Certificate from the University of Victoria and University of Calgary and has held a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation. As a business owner, she brings practical experience in entrepreneurship, strategic planning, governance, and business growth, along with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to leadership. She is committed to supporting Alberta’s entrepreneurial community and helping businesses build the people practices they need to succeed. Outside of work, Elizabeth is an avid mountain biker, hiker, dragon boater and skier and continues to have amazing adventures around the world.
