She holds a Master of Arts in Communication and Technology, where her thesis explored how Canadian small businesses use Instagram to connect with audiences and grow their brands. Alongside her graduate studies, Gillian’s background in business, tourism, and digital design equips her with a unique blend of creativity and practical knowledge that informs her approach to entrepreneurship.
