Executive Director, Alberta 2SLGBTQI+ Chamber of Commerce
Elli McDine (she/her) is a purpose-driven leader, storyteller, and community organizer based in Edmonton. A proud trans woman and parent, Elli brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of strategy, equity, and innovation to her work in inclusive entrepreneurship.
She’s held senior roles at the Alberta Motor Association and NAIT, and currently teaches Intrapreneurship and Innovation at the JR Shaw School of Business. Elli is also the co-creator of Coming Home, a TELUS Storyhive-funded documentary, and a founding member of Queer Joy YEG.
With a Master of Public Administration from Carleton University, Elli leads with empathy, purpose, and a strong belief in building an economy where 2SLGBTQI+ communities thrive.
