Sheila Willis

Founder

Sheila Willis is passionate about history and rural tourism. Best known as the creator of an Alberta wide mobile app that combines travel services and tourism experiences with the stories of local history and community, she is also the Founder of the Travel-ING On Tourism Cooperative, speaker, and best-selling author of local history books.

Along with numerous other awards and mentions, Sheila and her projects have received provincial awards for Heritage Awareness, Marketing, and Innovation and has been short-listed for a Governor General’s Award in Community Programming.
