Julia Chaikoff

Julia is an accomplished Finance Manager and Controller with extensive experience in audit, accounting, and financial reporting across diverse industries, including cannabis, hi-tech, manufacturing, retail, and services. She holds a BA and an MBA in Finance and Accounting as well as CPA designations in both Canada and Israel, and has expertise in IFRS, ASPE, and US GAAP. Julia has led large-scale financial transitions, such as converting reporting frameworks for IPO readiness, and overseen complex accounting areas such as mergers and acquisitions, cross-border financial consolidations, and lease accounting. Her background includes auditing high-value public companies internationally, mentoring teams, and streamlining processes to improve efficiency.

Outside of work, you will find Julia either at the CrossFit gym or exploring the outdoors through camping, hiking, skiing, and biking.
