Nicole Onyszkanycz is a Research Officer at Business Link, specializing in client insights. She holds a Master’s in Economics and is passionate about helping people start their own businesses, believing that small enterprises are key drivers of economic growth and community resilience. In her role, she engages with former clients to collect feedback, analyzes data trends, and develops visual reports that inform Business Link’s strategy and service improvements.

Originally from Ontario, she now calls Alberta home. Outside of work, you’ll often find her hiking in the Rockies, exploring new places, traveling, or spending time with friends.
