Business Link’s Mentor Program is a free mentorship program in Alberta designed to match the next generation of business owners with experienced entrepreneurs. The program fosters a nurturing and supportive relationship where mentors offer their insights and experience to guide and inspire new business owners.

Business Link will connect you with a seasoned entrepreneur who has the expertise to meet your specific business needs and goals. 

Once you have completed the Business Launch Program you will be matched with a mentor that can support you on the next steps of your new business journey.  

We will identify a mentor that can help you with your current needs and future goals.

Participating in our Mentor Program offers several advantages:

Business Link provides a variety of resources for both mentors and mentees to support their journey. These include:

  • Resource materials and guidebooks on business topics.
  • Ongoing support from Program Coordinators.
  • Networking opportunities with other program participants.

After completing the Mentor Program, participants have several options to continue their development. They can formalize the relationship by setting up regular meetings, maintain an informal or ad-hoc connection, or stay involved with the program by accessing ongoing resources and events.

Mentees can also transition into the Peerpreneur Program and eventually become mentors themselves, giving back to the next generation of entrepreneurs.
