Program and Communications Coordinator
The Program & Communications Coordinator plays an essential supporting role in building and implementing the Canada Digital Adoption Program (CDAP) in Alberta. Initially, this position will assist the Program Manager with the launch of this program with internal and external partners and stakeholders, developing customer service tools, workflows, procedures, and documentation. Post-launch, the focus shifts to execution: developing and managing a rotating customer service team of student e-commerce advisors, planning and executing marketing and communications activities, and working with internal and external partners to ensure province-wide participation with key identified groups of clients and students.
